Helping Every Learner Find Their Direction

Jennifer is an educator with a passion for making complex ideas clear, engaging, and meaningful. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry and a Master of Education, and has dedicated her career to helping students become confident, successful learners. Although much of her teaching career has focused on high school science, she has extensive experience working with learners from elementary school through college.

Her interest in educational assessment grew from her experience as a parent. While reviewing her child's NWEA and other school assessment results, she found that broad percentile scores often failed to identify the specific skills and concepts that needed improvement. That personal journey inspired her to create evaluation services that help families move beyond test scores to understand what their children know, where they need support, and how to help them grow.

Dr. Brenda Benedict has been teaching since 1985, bringing decades of insight and dedication to her work. With a Master’s degree in Learning Disabilities and a Doctorate in Education focused on improving math achievement, she is deeply committed to helping all learners succeed—especially those who face academic challenges.

She specializes in designing strategies that make learning more accessible and understandable, bridging educational research and classroom practice. Dr. Benedict is available for intensive math and reading tutoring as well as reading and literacy assessments.
